How do i take care of my arrangement?
Mon Amour luxury floral arrangements are carefully handcrafted and can last from one to three years without water. We recommend storing your arrangement in a cool and dry area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
What is your return policy?
Please note that all orders are final sale. Mon Amour floral arrangements are carefully handcrafted to your custom design and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement if your order is damaged upon arrival.
*Please contact us for any changes in your order within 24 hours, any changes made after 24 hours can not be accommodated.
What is the shipping cost and estimated shipping time?
We ship national-wide via Canada Post and international via DHL. Shipping Cost will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping time will differ depending on the size and weight of your personalized rose arrangement, as well as shipping destination and customs clearance. Please allow for sufficient delivery time during holidays.
